PALO IT is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Colombia to build high quality web applications with React, .NET Core and Node.js. You will craft robust architectures, implement integrations and mentor teammates in coding standards.

You'll collaborate with global teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and own features from design to deployment, while leveraging AWS, MySQL and modern CI/CD practices to deliver scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of full stack experience with React, .NET Core, Node.js, and MySQL.
• Strong API development and web services integration.
• Experience with CI/CD best practices and tools.
• Experience with transactional/financial systems is a plus.
• Conversational English required for one of the positions.
• Knowledge of SPEI is a plus.

Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a vital role in the development of high-quality web applications, ensuring robust architecture and seamless integrations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, .NET Core, and Node.js while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs to allow smooth communication between systems and services.
• Execute integrations with external clients and vendors to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Manage authentication processes and ensure the security and integrity of services.
• Utilize MySQL and AWS for database management and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features leveraging Agile methodologies.
• Engage in code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold the coding standards and best practices.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for effective code management and collaboration.

Who You Are

• +5 years in full stack development with proficiency in React, .NET Core, Node.js, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of API development and web services integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices and tools.
• Previous experience with transactional and/or financial systems is preferred.
• Conversational English is required for one of the positions to facilitate communication with clients and external teams.
• Knowledge of SPEI and related processes is a plus.
