Softgic is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with a strong software background to lead the design and delivery of production-ready AI-powered solutions. You will guide AI-generated development, review code, and own features from architecture through production, with a clear path toward Tech Lead.

In this role you will orchestrate AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot, build data pipelines, work with CI/CD and cloud environments, and mentor developers as you take on

Formación

• 4–10 years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
• 1+ year of technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents/tools in real software development workflows.
• Professional experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG.
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of pandas and scikit-learn.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• CI/CD and automated testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and data structures.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong Git knowledge.
• Advanced English – written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Use and orchestrate AI development tools and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
• Review, validate and refactor AI-generated code before production.
• Design reusable prompts, contexts and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Build and integrate LLM, RAG and AI-powered solutions.
• Design and supervise data pipelines and AI/ML integrations.
• Define testing strategies including unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Work with CI/CD, cloud environments and relational/non-relational databases.
• Participate in architecture, security and technical decision-making.
• Mentor developers and progressively assume Tech Lead responsibilities.
