Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (Solution Architecture) to design scalable cloud-native SaaS applications and own architectural decisions across application, data, infra, and deployment layers.

You will build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph, implement Graph-RAG pipelines, and develop high-performance Python services with FastAPI on Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Experience designing scalable, production-grade apps using microservices.
• Strong AI/ML experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Experience building autonomous agents, RAG solutions with safeguards.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or React.
• Advanced English communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant, resilient, and scalable cloud-native SaaS applications using microservice architectures, owning technical decisions across application, data, infrastructure, and deployment layers.
• Build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph and advanced Graph-RAG pipelines, integrating engineering tools, simulators, databases, knowledge graphs, and other enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop high-performance, low-latency Python services using FastAPI and architect cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, customer, and domain teams to guide architectural decisions, document solution architectures, and rapidly deliver reliable solutions while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient, production-grade applications using microservice architecture.
• Strong experience with AI/ML and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience building autonomous agents, RAG solutions, and AI systems with safeguards for accuracy, traceability, and reliability.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including harness engineering principles.
• Proven experience with specification-driven development (SDD) methodologies.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Node.js, Python, or React.
• Advanced English communication skills with the ability to influence technical and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on UI development experience with React.
• Experience developing high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Prior software development experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
