CBTW Americas seeks an experienced Frontend Tech Lead to drive design, architecture, and delivery of scalable web applications for critical systems. You will mentor engineers, define frontend standards, and collaborate with product and architecture teams.

The role combines hands-on development with strategic direction, including microfrontend architectures and cloud-native delivery on AWS. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English level (required).
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend architectures.
• Proven experience leading frontend teams, technical initiatives, and architectural decisions.
• Strong experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience defining frontend standards, code quality practices, and development workflows.
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and their integration patterns.
• Strong expertise with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Advanced Security, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Proven experience creating, maintaining, or deeply integrating SDKs, particularly within React-based ecosystems.
• Experience driving engineering best practices, code reviews, technical mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, security, and observability principles.
