Roofr is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our early‑stage, high‑growth team. You will influence architecture, deliver high‑quality web apps, and help shape our technology roadmap across products and APIs.

You’ll work with a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment, own features end‑to‑end, write tests, and advocate for clean code and robust documentation. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience holding a Senior Engineering title
• Has 5+ years of software development experience
• Is a champion of agile methodologies, and enjoys shipping code often and confidently
• Has a track record of breaking down complex problems as incremental solutions
• Proactively recommends initiatives to improve our engineering technologies and culture
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone helps each other grow
• Takes ownership of the product and is proud of the quality of their work
• Has excellent communication skills, and appreciates the value of good documentation
• Understands the challenges of early‑stage company priorities
• Strong experience with Javascript language & React + Redux framework
• Experience with SCSS
• Experience with interacting with RESTful APIs
• Experience building frontend testing and automation systems for unit tests, integration tests, regression tests, and user acceptance tests

Compensation

Our compensation ranges are built using multiple market benchmarks and reflect both the scope of the role and current market data. While many hires fall within the beginning to midpoint of the band to allow for growth over time, we tailor offers based on each candidate’s experience, seniority, and demonstrated impact.
