Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. is seeking an Experience Technology Architect (ETA) to design, code, review, and document front-end solutions.

The role leads front-end activities on projects, collaborates with Creative, Business and Technology teams, and mentors junior developers while driving high-performance delivery. Key requirements include 6–10 years of front-end experience, leadership in teams, and strong knowledge of MVC, mobile-first practices, and cross-browser compatibility.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years’ experience working exclusively with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Expert knowledge of recent development patterns and practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object Oriented development).
• Expert knowledge of integrating front-end development with several common back-end technologies (.NET, Java, PHP, Ruby) and third-party platforms.
• Proficiency with popular JavaScript frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven track record as a technical team leader.
• Enterprise Architecture, Agile methodology, Cloud, DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the technical architecture and design of the web solution and oversees front-end development when acting as the technical leader.
• Gather new user and business requirements, map them to technical solutions, and estimate development tasks.
• Ensure concise documentation is maintained by all peers for the projects.
• Own software release activities, including reviewing code changes, client demos, QA hand-offs, and presenting solutions.
• Debug or troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Establish project scaffolding and automation tools.
• Collaborate with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Directs coding activities and enforces coding standards across the project.
