Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Front-End Developer with React expertise to craft responsive, accessible web applications and integrate GenAI into daily delivery through automation and reusable workflows. You will partner across disciplines, maintain high code quality, and help scale AI-native ways of working.

Responsibilities include designing scalable UI components, mentoring developers, leading code reviews, and optimizing performance across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with modern web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React within production environments.
• Experience in code reviews with clear, constructive feedback.
• Skills in translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Expertise in unit and end-to-end testing practices.
• Ability to optimize performance for fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Capability to debug complex issues across browsers and devices.
• Knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals and practical GenAI tool usage.
• Qualifications in prompt engineering for multi-step instructions.
• Understanding of AI safety and data sensitivity boundaries.
• Collaborative experience with product, design, backend, and QA partners.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities
