Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with React expertise to build responsive, accessible web applications.

You will embed GenAI into daily delivery, collaborate across disciplines, and uphold high code quality to scale AI-native workflows. You will translate wireframes into production-ready React code, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and optimize performance across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end development with modern web apps.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React in production.
• Proven code review experience with constructive feedback.
• Strong testing skills (unit and end-to-end).
• GenAI fundamentals and practical GenAI tool usage.
• Strong collaboration with product, design, backend, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Design highly responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Architect reusable libraries and UI frameworks that scale and perform well.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production-quality React code and provide design feedback.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices, standards, and career growth.
• Lead code reviews to maintain quality and accelerate team learning.
• Analyze application performance and optimize load time and runtime interactions.
• Debug complex issues and ensure cross-browser and cross-device stability.
• Implement unit and end-to-end testing to reduce regressions and increase reliability.
• Coordinate with QA to identify issues early and resolve defects before releases.
• Adopt GenAI tools to automate routine work, accelerate analysis, and improve delivery workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and introducing modern frontend practices.
