Job summary

BD is seeking a finance professional to lead End to End GBS Operating Expense Management, drive planning, forecasting and budgeting for the assigned business units, and act as a liaison with finance partners. You will maintain planning models, develop forecasts and prepare journals for month-end close, including Intercompany charges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• 3–5 years in finance with planning, budgeting, analysis, month end close and reporting.
• Leadership experience (1–3 years) with team supervision and coaching.
• Experience in large global multi‑segment business with month end close and intercompany charges.

Responsibilities

• Manage End to End GBS Operating Expense Mgmt Process.
• Support planning, forecasting and budgeting for assigned units (headcount and/or non-labor).
• Act as liaison between COE and function finance partners.
• Maintain planning models, develop forecasts, trends and commentary.
• Run standard and ad-hoc reports using globally standardized tools.
• Prepare or approve monthly journal entries for close, including intercompany charges.
• Track actuals vs. plan and provide management commentary.
• Lead process improvements and share best practices across teams.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and coaching of analysts.
