Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business processes with ERP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. You will configure and test ERP solutions, write clear user stories, and own testing from planning to sign-off. You will also back up the Technical Product Owner and BC developer.

You’ll work with BI/Analytics to ensure ERP data supports reporting and decision-making, while engaging stakeholders to drive decisions and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP functional consultant.
• Hands-on ERP experience across manufacturing, supply chain, or finance processes. Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP B1 strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of production BOMs, inventory costing, procurement, and order-to-cash flows.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience writing requirements in an Agile environment using Jira or similar.
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, or other low-code platforms.
• The ability to run a working session with operations or finance leaders and leave with decisions, not just notes.
• Clear, concise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders. Map current- and future-state processes and identify gaps.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria that developers can build from without rework.
• Configure Business Central/SAP B1 functionality and document the design decisions behind it.
• Own test planning and UAT, including test scripts, defect triage, and sign-off with business users.
• Analyze and map data using SQL for integrations, migrations, and reporting needs.
• Build and maintain low-code workflows in Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Triage production issues. Resolve configuration and data problems directly, and escalate as needed.
• Cover backlog management and stakeholder communication when the Technical Product Owner is out.
• Partner with BI & Analytics to make sure ERP data supports operational and financial reporting.
