Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Enablon Environmental / AQS and Metrics Implementation Consultant to work remotely for our global Digital Solutions Team. You will lead technical projects across diverse clients, configuring Enablon AQS & Metrics, performing ETL tasks, and delivering training and documentation.

You will guide remote and global teams, interpret complex requirements, and ensure QA/QC standards. Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Enablon AQS and Metrics applications.
• 5+ years as a project lead on multiple Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience directing remote and global teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with sound judgment and objective recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex data clearly.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and data interpretation ability.
• Self-led with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to obtain technical details for configuration.
• Interpret compliance requirements and design technical specifications.
• Configure software per design specifications and verify through testing.
• Develop documentation for quantitative testing and results.
• Extract, transform, and load data between systems.
• Demonstrate configuration to customers in various settings.
• Develop training materials and deliver training for customers and teams.
• Create test scripts and support user acceptance testing.
• Analyze large data sets and interpret results for actionable insight.
• Troubleshoot deployment configuration issues and support rollout.
• Drive project timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Manage relationships to ensure client delivery and company growth.
• Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
