Power Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Drupal backend leader to design, build, and maintain enterprise Drupal implementations (Drupal 11+), develop custom modules and APIs, and guide junior developers across cross-functional teams.

You will design robust databases, optimize performance, and drive secure, scalable digital experiences while mentoring peers and setting development standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional backend web development experience.
• 4+ years of dedicated Drupal development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise Drupal implementations, including Drupal 11+.
• Develop custom Drupal modules, themes, and API integrations.
• Design and maintain robust database schemas and write high-performance queries.
• Support complex data migrations, disaster recovery planning, and system integrations.
• Conduct security reviews and optimize application performance through caching and query optimization.
• Lead technical decision-making and establish development standards and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with front-end and cross-functional teams to support CMS and digital projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural issues.
