Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) seeks a senior consultant to lead high-impact projects in the Andean region, delivering and implementing strategies for issuers, merchants, and fintechs. You will develop initiatives that promote sustainable growth and act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients.

The role requires strong leadership, executive presence, and excellent communication skills, with extensive experience in payments, consulting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD
• Extensive client-facing experience with senior management interactions
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and ability to lead multiple projects concurrently

Responsabilidades

• Lead high impact projects in the Andean region delivering and implementing solutions for issuers, merchants, and fintech clients.
• Develop frameworks, approaches, and recommendations addressing key opportunities and challenges.
• Partner with marketing, sales, risk, and products to implement projects leveraging Visa resources.
• Produce insights and strategic guidance to improve client performance and growth.
• Lead advisory initiatives and be the main source of strategic direction for the team.
