Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate software development, set up CI/CD pipelines and oversee infrastructure with IaC. You will collaborate across IT, QA and Dev teams, ensure performance targets and robust security, and contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices.

Key tech includes Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, EKS, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform and ArgoCD. Minimum 4–7 years of related experience is required, with scripting in Bash/PowerShell/Python or Ruby.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Between 4 and 7 years of Development, DevOps or Operations experience.
• Strong background in software development and programming.
• Experience with scripting: Bash/PowerShell, Python or Ruby.
• Familiar with web hosting tech like IIS, Apache, Tomcat, networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with IT, Business Analysts, QA and Developers through all project phases.
• Works with Development and QA to ensure performance targets are met.
• Implements release management and configuration management best practices.
• Owns deployment of sub-systems following technical guidance from leads.
• Maps user and business requirements to technical solutions.
• Maintains project documentation per capabilities guidelines.
• Debugs complex issues in software applications.
• Proactively provide feedback on policies for improvements.
