Insight Global is seeking a Senior Databricks Data Engineer for a highly hands-on data modernization project. The role focuses on migrating from legacy AWS Redshift to Databricks, building scalable data pipelines, and delivering optimized data solutions.

You will collaborate with Data Architects, Platform Engineers, Analytics teams and leadership to ensure delivery timelines are met in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience migrating enterprise data platforms to Databricks.
• Proven experience building, optimizing, and supporting modern data platforms.
• Expertise designing and developing scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience.
• Experience working within cloud-based data environments.
• Ability to work as a hands‑on builder and contribute directly to development efforts.
• Experience collaborating with Data Architects, Platform Engineers, and Analytics teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades
