AspenView Technology Partners in Colombia is seeking a Data Engineer – Databricks to design, build, and optimize high-throughput, production-grade data pipelines on the Databricks Lakehouse platform. This remote role is open to mid-senior and senior candidates across Latin America.

You will implement Medallion Architecture patterns (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to process structured and unstructured healthcare data—including Epic EHR, FHIR streams, and claims data—while collaborating with data

Formación

• 4+ years of production data engineering experience
• 2+ years building scalable solutions on Databricks
• Experience with PySpark, Delta Lake, and Databricks SQL
• Fluent English for collaboration with US-based teams

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automated ETL/ELT data pipelines on Databricks
• Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) for healthcare data
• Ingest Epic EHR (Clarity/Caboodle), FHIR/HL7 streams, and claims data
• Enforce data governance, security, and HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with data scientists, BI developers, and clinical stakeholders
• Optimize performance and cost of Databricks workloads
