AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive rigorous statistical execution, multi-goal tuning, and algorithmic validation of Meridian MMM frameworks. You will translate noisy marketing signals into multi-objective spend recommendations and build heuristic baseline models for high-variance datasets using Python and SQL in AWS Athena and PostgreSQL environments.

• 5–7 years of professional data science experience with time-series analysis, attribution modeling, or related domains.
• Proven experience applying Meridian MMM framework on real-world datasets.
• Strong Python backend skills with emphasis on type systems and structured schemas.
• Comfort operating in Mac/Linux terminal environments using Bash and shell utilities.
• Proficient in writing advanced SQL for cloud data stores such as AWS Athena or PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to defend methodologies.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Expand framework configurations to account for multiple client objectives (brand vs revenue).
• Formulate robust heuristic models and backup strategies for high-variance datasets.
• Ingest structured fields from upstream data pipelines for client-isolated experiments.
• Leverage AI-assisted IDEs to accelerate data transformations with strict validation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams via Slack and Meet to resolve pipeline requirements.
