AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own the data pipeline and analytical architecture for a large-volume marketing analytics platform. You will define DAG-based orchestration, drive the AWS data stack, and lead a team of senior developers, while upholding code quality and architectural standards.

The role demands autonomy, problem-framing, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on OLAP workloads and data lake design.

Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience with ETL and large-volume data systems.
• Hands-on OLAP architecture experience with relevant tools.
• Experience designing data lakes on object storage (S3 or equivalent).
• Strong DAG-based orchestration with Airflow or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own ETL pipelines at scale.
• Make architectural calls on partitioning and file formats.
• Own Airflow DAG design and trigger strategies.
• Drive AWS data stack decisions with DevOps.
• Review PRs and enforce code quality.
• Lead senior developers and align with engineering practices.
