CI&T in Colombia seeks a Power BI expert to lead BI insights by transforming raw data into dashboards, KPIs, and reports. You will collaborate with data, applications, infra, and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions using Azure and Snowflake.

Proficiency in Power BI Report Builder and DAX Studio, plus strong English communication, is required. Join a global tech transformation leader and drive impactful decision-making.

Formación

• Experience with Azure environment.

• Strong knowledge of DAX queries and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the identification and analysis of business requirements within the BI context to develop strategic insights.
• Formulate data models that transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Utilize Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and interactive reports.
• Define and implement KPIs with objectives and monitor their performance.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and set realistic project timetables.
• Develop, test, and deploy complex Power BI scripts for deeper data interpretation.
• Run DAX queries to extract meaningful insights.
• Create clear charts and data documentation explaining algorithms and relationships.
• Improve BI system performance through technical adjustments.
• Analyze ETL processes and design new data pipelines to streamline processing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and analysis of business requirements within the BI context to develop strategic insights.
• Formulate data models that effectively transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced features of Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and interactive visual reports.
• Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives, ensuring their regular tracking and analysis.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and establish realistic timetables for project completion.
• Develop, test, and deploy complex Power BI scripts, conducting efficient deep analysis to enhance data interpretation.
• Proficiently run DAX queries and functions within Power BI to extract meaningful insights.
• Create clear and comprehensive charts and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships.
• Make technological adjustments to existing BI systems to improve overall performance.
• Utilize advanced filtering and visualization techniques in Power BI to enhance data understanding.
• Analyze current ETL procedures and design and implement new systems to streamline data processing.

Requirements for this challenge:

• Experience with Azure environment
• Power BI Report Builder, and open-source tools like DAX Studio
• Teamwork with stakeholders from various areas: data, applications, infrastructure, and business.
• Proven experience in working with such stakeholders to design Report layouts in Power BI
• Advanced/Fluent English for communication.
