AgileEngine in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior Data Engineer to replace a legacy ingestion tool with a custom ETL pipeline inside an existing AWS environment. You will document current logic, assess build-vs-buy options like Fivetran, and lead the development of a standalone data pipeline powering client dashboards.

The role emphasizes strong SQL and experience with digital advertising / DSP data, plus collaboration with data science teams to align ingestion with attribution models.

Formación

• 4+ years of strong SQL and large-scale data ingestion/pipeline experience.

Responsabilidades

• Document current ingestion logic and transformation rules in the legacy tool.
• Build the ETL pipeline to ingest from Amazon API and other DSP/data sources.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options (e.g., Fivetran) with Infrastructure Lead.
• Design a standalone, owned pipeline to power client dashboards.
• Provide AWS-related application/backend support within the existing environment.
