AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with deep Airflow and dbt expertise to support Medallion Architecture within a modern Snowflake data stack. You will build complex DAGs, audit code for performance and cost, and ensure zero downtime for downstream BI tools during infrastructure changes.

You will collaborate with the Lead Data Engineer on architecture, implement automated testing and alerting, migrate Paradime jobs to Airflow, and maintain integration points between Paradime and

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Hands-on production experience with Apache Airflow and Percussive DAG architectures using Python.
• dbt Core expertise with macros, packages, and environment configurations.
• Advanced Git & Data CI/CD; experience with deployment pipelines and automated data regression tests.

Responsabilidades

• Support bronze/silver/gold layering across the Snowflake warehouse with architecture decisions.
• Build automated testing and failure alerting for ETL and Airflow, ensuring failures are attributable.
• Migrate scheduled Paradime jobs into orchestrated Airflow DAGs.
• Maintain integration points between Paradime and Airflow and ensure no downtime for downstream BI tools.
• Audit dbt codebases to reduce compute runtime and cost.
• Collaborate with Lead Data Engineer to evolve the data stack for future AI layers.
