BairesDev is seeking a CV Engineer to design and implement advanced computer vision models for real-world applications. You will bridge raw visual data and intelligent decisions, building algorithms for detection, segmentation, and classification using PyTorch and OpenCV.

This 100% remote role offers global collaboration, flexible schedule, and competitive compensation in USD or local currency, with support for home office setup and ongoing skill development.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning with a focus on Computer Vision.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Computer Vision libraries such as OpenCV and architectures like YOLO.
• Proven expertise in training, optimizing, and deploying models, including GPU acceleration.
• Experience with image processing tasks such as object detection, segmentation, and classification.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop robust computer vision algorithms and DL models using PyTorch and OpenCV.
• Implement state-of-the-art architectures for object detection and segmentation (YOLO, Detectron, SAM).
• Manage end-to-end model lifecycle: training, fine-tuning, and optimization for high performance.
• Optimize workflows for GPU acceleration and deployment to edge devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to annotate high-quality datasets for evaluation.
• Ensure model accuracy and reliability through rigorous testing in production environments.
