Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Compliance & Ethics Lead for Colombia and Peru to reinforce a strong culture of integrity and regulatory compliance across the markets. You will partner with market leadership and functional teams to implement risk-based strategies, govern programs, and escalate significant issues.

The role involves co-chairing committees, driving local execution of global C&E initiatives, and building robust governance, training, and communications to support ethical business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Compliance & Ethics experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes.
• Ability to identify and assess compliance risks and provide practical guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Promote integrity, ethics, compliance, and quality across the organization.
• Develop and execute an annual Compliance & Ethics work plan for Colombia and Peru.
• Serve as day-to-day Compliance & Ethics business partner for supported markets.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks with stakeholders.
• Lead local execution of global Compliance & Ethics programs and controls.
• Co-chair Colombia and Peru Compliance Committees with General Manager.
