Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance & ethics experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare compliance.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and industry codes.
• Identify and assess compliance risks; provide practical guidance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• University degree or equivalent; professional compliance qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high integrity and judgment.

Responsabilités

• Promote integrity and ethics across the organization with market leadership.
• Develop and execute the LR LatAm Compliance & Ethics work plan.
• Serve as day-to-day C&E partner for the supported market(s).
• Identify, assess, and escalate compliance risks; coordinate mitigation.
• Drive local implementation of global C&E programs, systems and controls.
• Collaborate with Legal and other functions for coordinated advice.
• Support the LR LatAm Compliance Committee and governance processes.
• Oversee procedures, training, communications, monitoring and analytics.
• Lead risk assessments and translate risks into action plans.
• Coordinate internal audits, due diligence and remediation actions.
• Stay current with laws, regulations and enforcement developments.
• Promote a speak-up culture and accessibility of reporting channels.
• Engage with industry associations to align with BMS positions.
