A global risk and strategy consulting firm is seeking a LAC Reward Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves providing senior-level compensation consulting, managing complex compensation initiatives, and partnering with HR leaders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in compensation, strong analytical skills, and is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. This position supports a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility in remote work and in-office collaboration.
As a LAC Reward Manager, you’ll support multiple client groups in partnership with the Senior People Partners and business leadership. You’ll be a well-rounded, experienced rewards professional who thrives in a highly matrixed environment. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to develop innovative and scalable solutions aligned with business needs to enhance and grow the business. You’ll provide insights and assess the effectiveness and quality of plans, programs, and processes. You’ll analyze data and formulate recommendations, as well as implement and maintain programs. You’ll report to the Marsh & Mercer LAC Rewards Leader and be part of a global Rewards Center of Excellence. You’ll participate in projects across Marsh McLennan, increasing your visibility and impact.
