Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to serve as Technical Lead on a mission-critical refactoring project. You will evolve an existing C++ codebase while preserving behavior, architecture, and technology choices, guiding the team's technical direction and mentoring peers.

You will work closely with architects and clients to explain trade-offs, strengthen test coverage, and deliver sustainable improvements within an established environment.

Formación

• Production-grade C++ development experience.
• Experience with large legacy enterprise codebases.
• Proven refactoring, modernization, or debt-reduction track record.
• Experience leading technical decisions and code reviews.
• Experience communicating with clients or non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of OO design and patterns.
• Memory management and performance optimization in C++.
• Experience using Git.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze legacy C++ codebases to guide refactoring strategy.
• Refactor components to improve maintainability, performance, and quality.
• Identify defects and architectural issues while preserving functionality.
• Lead safe, incremental refactoring with architects and engineers.
