PRGX is seeking a Senior Business Information Analyst in Medellín, Colombia, to own data analytics projects end-to-end, partnering with operations and clients. The role emphasizes data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and building scalable data workflows using Prefect and Airflow.

You will lead automation initiatives with Python, Selenium, and RPA, explore AI-enabled process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues to raise standards across the analytics function.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, working closely with operational teams from requirements definition to delivery.
• Drive and contribute to data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact between business and client’s technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, and optimize data workflows and orchestration pipelines using Prefect and Airflow.
• Lead automation initiatives, including RPA solutions with Python and Selenium.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation in business processes.
• Mentor junior team members and help define standards, best practices, and scalable solutions.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Trino, SQL, and Python
• 5+ years of experience in data, business analysis, or related roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to detect, analyze, and solve complex problems end-to-end
• Team-oriented mindset with experience mentoring others
• Fluent English is a must
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in automation, AI, and process optimization
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
