PRGX is seeking a Jr Business Analyst in Medellín, Colombia. The role focuses on preparing client reports, analyzing data, and delivering insights to support strategic decisions. You will develop dashboards and KPIs, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Client Services to improve reporting processes.

The position requires 1-3 years of experience in reporting or analytics, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and advanced Excel skills with familiarity in Power BI or Tableau.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
