Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator - Digital (Data Centers) to lead BIM implementation, coordinate digital delivery, and oversee CDE management for complex international data center projects in Bogotá, Colombia.

The role requires 6+ years in BIM, strong knowledge of BIM standards, and experience with Revit, Civil 3D, and ACC. You will collaborate with global teams, ensure quality, and drive digital workflows across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years in BIM and Digital Delivery; previous multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and BIM standards.
• Experience delivering BIM data on Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience delivering BIM data from Buildings design and BIM software Revit and/or Civil 3D.
• Experience working and administering a Common Data Environment such as ACC.
• Experience executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management; advanced user of Navisworks/Revizto/ACC Model Coordination.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation Strategy – develop BIM implementation strategy for complex international projects.
• CDE Management – establish and administer the CDE for multi-stakeholder projects.
• Project Management – coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with leadership.
• BIM Execution – maintain BEP, MIDP, MPDT and project documentation.
• Technical Support – create data-integrated workflows and train project teams.
• Digital Technology – manage templates, libraries and deployment of content systems.
• Quality – ensure BIM quality via model checks and KPI reporting.
• Collaboration – act as ambassador across global teams and disciplines.
