SellCord is a leading agency specializing in launching and scaling brands on Walmart Marketplace. We are seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to own billing and accounts receivable processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain precise financial records across our growing business.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and improve workflows, while supporting month-end close and financial reporting.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar finance operations role.
• Strong hands-on experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software; QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with financial data and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling financial transactions.
• Ability to independently identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to identifying and improving billing processes and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day billing-related questions and escalations.

We're looking for a Senior Billing Specialist to take ownership of key billing and accounting processes, ensure financial accuracy, and help strengthen the systems that support our growing business.

About the Role

As a Senior Billing Specialist at SellCord, you'll own key billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, reconciliations, and payment tracking. You'll identify and resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate financial records, and help improve billing processes and workflows.

You'll work closely with Finance and other teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate financial information across the business.
