Mastercard Senior Analyst role in Revenue Operations and Enablement focuses on centralized billing for products and services. Work with business owners and release managers to translate opportunities into requirements and drive the full project lifecycle.

Coordinate with technology teams, identify operational risks, document processes, and create training materials to enable efficient invoicing and billing enhancements globally.

Formación

• Advanced experience supporting billing products, systems, or platforms in an operational role.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex billing or financial system enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills to translate billing and financial needs into clear requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as operational contact for billing application and provide day-to-day support.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and operational risks; support process and product improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on billing functionality, invoicing processes, and downstream impacts.
• Lead intake and vet enhancement requests with stakeholders to clarify objectives and success measures.
• Translate business needs into clear, high-quality requirements including rules, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technology partners to refine scope, assess feasibility, and back-log prioritization for enhancements and defects.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements to ensure business outcomes.
