Publicis Global Delivery in Colombia is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our production-grade web applications team. You will leverage strong Python skills and modern backend frameworks to deliver robust RESTful APIs and data pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered architectures, implement security-conscious services, and work with LLMs and AI APIs to build scalable solutions for leading clients.

Formación

• 5-7 years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong Python and backend development frameworks.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications.
• Strong SQL and relational database design skills.
• Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, and TDD).
• Knowledge of web security, authentication, and authorization.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and RAG.
• Experience with Python-based AI services and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with web/application servers (Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Node.js).

Qualifications

5-7 years of backend engineering experience.

Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks.

Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications.
