Job summary

Room4 Media is seeking a Colombia-based Senior B2B Content Strategist to audit a client’s digital presence, identify pipeline blockers, and craft a roadmap that leadership will approve. You’ll translate a complex B2B product story into a compelling strategy across channels.

You’ll own the thinking: audits, roadmaps, storytelling, briefs, and distribution plans, with our in-house team executing from your briefs. This is a strategy role, not social media or design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content or digital strategy at an agency or in-house.
• Able to turn complex subjects into clear, buyer-focused storytelling.
• Write briefs production teams can execute from without back-and-forth.
• Run digital audits and translate findings into client-approved roadmaps.
• Develop content strategies for long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Understand B2B buyer behavior and content preferences.
• Plan distribution across paid, PR, owned channels, including SEO/AI visibility.
• Produce strategy documents, messaging, and briefs in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Run digital audits for clients and prospects across website, content, search and AI visibility, social channels and competitors.
• Turn audit findings into prioritized roadmaps with phases, timelines and budgets.
• Research buyers: roles, problems, objections, and content consumption during purchase.
• Build the core story and messaging for each client and audience.
• Write the creative briefs our production team uses: concept, story, audience, message, formats, deliverables.
• Plan distribution for campaigns across paid ads, PR and client channels with budgets and targets.
• Write strategy sections of proposals and tenders with senior leadership.
• Set metrics, review results, and present recommendations in leadership meetings.
