Bluelight is seeking a Senior Software Architect in Medellín to lead end-to-end architecture across high-scale applications. You will design low-latency AWS architectures, implement secure multi-tenant models, and guide engineering teams through ADRs and architectural decisions.

Strong leadership and collaboration with US clients are essential. Required 8+ years of software development with architecture focus; Expertise in PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, RLS, RESTful APIs, and scalable systems.

• 8+ years of professional software development with 3+ years in architecture-focused roles.
• Design low-latency AWS architectures and decide on distributed components.
• Design to latency budgets (p95/p99) with synchronous durable commits.
• Build audit/evidence systems with event logs and versioned data models.
• Define fail-open/fail-closed/degraded-state postures and outages.
• Architect secure multi-tenant environments with RLS vs. isolation trade-offs.
• Deep PostgreSQL/AuroraDB experience and Row-Level Security integration.
• RESTful APIs design and SDK integrations.
