Fitch Ratings in Bogotá is seeking an Associate Director for Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance. You will lead and monitor ratings, acting as a Primary or Secondary Analyst and engaging with issuers and sponsors across Latin America.

The role emphasizes energy-sector and project finance credits, requiring 5+ years of experience, a finance-related degree, and fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Join Fitch’s global network delivering independent credit opinions.

Formación

• Minimum five years of credit experience in ratings, banking, or advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project finance and/or energy sector preferred.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative credit analysis skills.
• Financial modelling capability and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and monitor corporate and project finance ratings as Primary or Secondary Analyst.
• Perform in-depth issuer and transaction analysis with focus on energy and project finance.
• Conduct issuer, sector and market research to support ratings decisions.
• Produce rating reports, materials for committees, and market commentary.
• Participate in rating committees and present independent credit views.
• Build relationships with issuers, sponsors, bankers and advisers.
