Intellias in Colombia is seeking an experienced Android Native mobile developer focused on Kotlin. You will contribute to a high-scale mobile app, work with modern Android APIs, and implement robust UI/UX using Jetpack components.

The role demands strong testing, code reviews, and collaboration with API teams. An indefinite contract is offered with 100% work-from-home flexibility and opportunities for training, certifications, and English‑only environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Android Native mobile development with Kotlin.
• In-depth knowledge of the Android development lifecycle and the latest Android SDKs.
• Strong understanding of Android UI design principles and adaptive UI development.
• Demonstrated experience with Android API level 28+ (Android 9.0+).
• Proficiency with architectural patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Jetpack components and Gradle build configurations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise).

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to high quality mobile app design and architecture.
• Apply software engineering design patterns to develop well-structured code.
• Serve as a technical mentor in mobile app development.
• Perform code reviews, write unit and UI tests, and contribute to architectural planning and refactoring.
• Collaborate with API teams on API design.
