Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering experience with dbt and Snowflake.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Background in dimensional modeling including star schemas and conformed dimensions.
• Hands-on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Familiarity with semantic layer development and metric definitions.
• Experience modeling GTM and CRM data (Salesforce, Gong, activity logs).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior Analytics Engineer – dbt & Snowflake at BairesDev

In this role, you'll model raw GTM and CRM data into curated, well-tested Snowflake layers that power analytics and AI-driven experiences. This is a hands‑on position where your dimensional modeling and dbt practices directly shape the data other teams build on. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain production dbt models on Snowflake.
• Design dimensional models using star schemas and conformed dimensions.

• Model conversation transcripts and unstructured text for analytics.
• Apply dbt testing, validation, and documentation best practices.
• Model GTM and CRM data from sources such as Salesforce, Gong, and activity logs.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with strong proficiency in dbt and Snowflake.
• Expert‑level SQL skills.
• Background in dimensional modeling, including star schemas and conformed dimensions.
• Hands‑on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Familiarity with semantic layer development, including metric definitions and semantic views.
• Experience modeling conversation transcripts or unstructured text for analytics.
• Knowledge of dbt testing, validation, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, including verified queries and agent‑facing datasets.
• Background in Snowflake governance, including tagging, masking policies, and row access.
• Experience modeling GTM and CRM data (Salesforce, Gong, activity logs).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Proficiency in Python and Airflow.
• Familiarity with Iceberg table formats.
• Experience with data quality monitoring and anomaly checks.
• Exposure to revenue operations or sales analytics domains.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tooling.
• BS in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
