Role objectives: We are seeking an analytically minded professional to join our Analytics Team. The role involves managing data collection, executing analyses, creating dashboards, and providing insights for media optimization. Responsibilities include using advanced tools to analyze marketing strategies and campaigns, presenting findings to clients, and managing projects from start to finish. The role is based in Colombia and supports global teams.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assess the effectiveness and performance of paid advertising campaigns by collecting, aggregating, processing, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources, including proprietary agency analytics platforms.
- Pull data from multiple sources using automated methods; clean and validate data using standard processes and perform regular data quality checks.
- Support data processes such as ETL (extract, transform, load); write scripts to automate or process data with guidance, leveraging databases to store and harmonize large datasets for analysis.
- Build analytical models (e.g., marketing mix, brand awareness, marketing attribution) and perform analysis with minimal guidance, using standard tools and applications with the ability to investigate non-standard results.
- Load models into optimization platforms and run simulations and optimizations as directed.
- Create and update presentations, analytical dashboards, and simulation tools to support clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external clients for projects and workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution with good degree of independence.
- Participate in client meetings and present analytical insights to internal teams and stakeholders, communicating complex findings clearly and confidently.
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency.
- Handle ad hoc assignments within the scope of the role; apply technical knowledge and judgment to solve problems in straightforward situations.
- Document processes and establish best practices.
- Support multiple projects with complex scope and tight deadlines.
- Establish relationships with clients and stakeholders and train associates or new joiners in the organizations.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university
- 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, with a focus building statistical models or predictive modelling
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office: Powerpoint and Excel, including its advanced features
- Fluency in data management, statistical and optimization languages: R/SQL/PYTHON
- Strong knowledge of Statistics and Econometrics (e.g., R-square, MAPE, Hypothesis Testing)
- Proven track record of collaborating across teams to deliver actionable insights and enhance client deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills and open-minded with desire to self-develop and face new challenges

- Ability to thrive and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment, with the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience in the marketing domain and media measurement, marketing mix and ROI measurement, simulation or optimization
- Experience with industry tools such as Syndicated Consumer (Simmons, MRI), Syndicated Sales (Nielsen Polk, JD Powers), Media Consumption (Nielsen, Arbitron, Comscore), Paid Media Monitoring (Kantar, AdViews) and Social Media Monitoring (NetBase, Sysomos)
- Prior project management experience is a plus
