AIRTEC, Inc. seeks an experienced Airborne LiDAR Sensor Operator / Technician to manage in-flight execution, configuration, and QA of LiDAR and related avionics on ISR aircraft.

You will ensure sensors operate per mission requirements, troubleshoot onboard systems, and communicate effectively with aviation program teams. Candidates will work OCONUS with a rotating schedule; the role requires security clearance readiness, strong technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with aircrew

Formación

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be TS/SCI eligible.
• Must be able to maintain government eligibility requirements.
• Meet regional entry requirements for deployment.
• Must have a valid U.S. passport with no less than six months remaining.
• Must be willing and able to deploy OCONUS.
• Must be willing and able to work irregular hours in a military environment.
• Minimum of three years of experience in geopolitical or deployment roles.
• Minimum of ten years of total experience in aviation and ISR.
• Minimum of seven years of experience with ISR TTPs.
• Minimum of seven years of experience with IMINT and LiDAR capabilities.
• Must be able to obtain a Class III FAA flight physical.

Responsabilidades

• Initialize, operate, and monitor LiDAR laser scanning units during flight operations.
• Prepare verbal and written mission communications and data collection reports.
• Act as a senior technical leader for onboard systems and liaise with ground teams.
• Develop mission status updates and troubleshooting logs for stakeholders.
• Maintain security procedures and COOP compliance.
• Provide direction and training to junior staff as needed.
• Coordinate with aircrew and maintenance personnel for mission support.
• Conduct post-mission reviews and reporting.
