AIRTEC, Inc. is seeking an Imagery Analyst in Bogota, Colombia, to work with the Deployed Program Director and LNOs, ensuring aircraft availability and timely intelligence products.

The role emphasizes geospatial imagery assessment, tactical reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Ideal candidates bring FMV/imagery analysis experience, GIS, and AIS/ELINT tool use, and are willing to deploy internationally in a military setting with irregular hours.

Formación

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess OR be eligible for a security clearance at the TS/SCI level.
  • Must be able to maintain government eligibility requirements.
  • Meet regional entry requirements for deployment.
  • Must have a valid U.S. passport with no less than six months remaining.
  • Must be willing and able to deploy OCONUS.
  • Must be willing and able to work irregular hours in a military environment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug test.
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Cartography or Geographic Information Systems, or related degree.
  • 2+ years’ relevant skill experience including: production teams, digital cartography, image processing, GIS, geospatial production techniques.
  • A minimum of two years of experience performing FMV and/or imagery analysis of naval targets.
  • Develop FMV/imagery products incorporating multiple data sources.
  • Experience using AIS, ELINT, or other geo-locational tools to track naval vessels.
  • Experience producing time-sensitive intelligence reports.
  • Ability to communicate analytic assessments clearly in writing and orally.
  • Familiarity with the SOUTHCOM AOR.
  • Experience with aircraft Avionics and ISR Systems.

POSITION DESCRIPTION –IMAGERY ANALYST

Job Title:Imagery Analyst

Reports to:Deployed Program Director

Classification:Exempt

Time Commitment:Full-Time Rotational

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Position Summary

The Imagery Analyst will work closely with the Deployed Program Director and LNOs, reporting status, any quality concerns and address other project related items. This position contributes as a team member to maintain high aircraft availability rates 365 days per year in the SOUTHCOM AOR.

Essential Functions

  • The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing and analyzing imagery of naval vessels and facilities and have experience working with geo-locational tools and applications.
  • You will leverage existing imagery, all-source intelligence, and other source data to exploit, identify, monitor and analyze current and emerging trends, dynamic events and solve intelligence problems.
  • Additionally, you will utilize your understanding of geospatial techniques to produce imagery-derived intelligence products and assessments.
  • You will work in a dynamic fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts.

Minimum Qualifications/ Education/Certifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Cartography or Geographic Information Systems, or related degree.
  • 2+ years’ relevant skill experience including the following: working in production teams, knowledge and experience with digital cartography, image processing, and computer technology; knowledge of geographical information systems, geospatial production techniques, and digital data formats working in intelligence with the military or Intelligence Community.
  • A minimum of two years of experience performing FMV and/or imagery analysis of naval targets.
  • Must be able to develop FMV/imagery products which incorporate multiple data sources.
  • Must have experience using AIS, ELINT, or other geo-locational tools to track naval vessels.
  • Must have previous experience producing time-sensitive intelligence reports.
  • Must be able to communicate analytic assessments clearly and succinctly both written and orally.
  • Familiarity with the SOUTHCOM AOR.
  • Experience with aircraft Avionics and ISR Systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous geospatial data production (in particular, experience with large Government Agency Geospatial and Cartographic data, products and services), especially the collection of feature and terrain data from satellite imagery and other sources.
  • GISP is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to coordinate with program stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage project schedules, tasks, and deliverables.

Travel

  • Travel and rotational deployment throughout the United States and locations outside of the United States, including austere locations, is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a variety of physical conditions, including austere conditions.
  • Ability to wear a respirator or other required safety equipment.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
