Jeeves is a stablecoin-native banking platform serving global enterprises. As an AI Engineer, you will own AI workflows end to end, from design to production, collaborating with Product and Backend teams.

This senior, hands-on role requires a track record of shipping AI-powered systems and strong Python skills. Location: remote or hybrid based out of Bogotá, Colombia, with a full-time remote option and flexible office in Parque de la 93 area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered applications with APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Strong Python and backend fundamentals (REST APIs, PostgreSQL, async).
• Experience designing agentic or multi-step AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic AI workflows combining extraction, retrieval, and tool use.
• Build production-grade LLM pipelines with validation and error handling.
• Monitor and improve AI systems with logging, dashboards, and alerts.
• Set patterns and tooling to be reused by the team.
