The position is remote or hybrid based out of Bogotá, Colombia, offering a full-time schedule with flexibility to work from the office at Parque de la 93 area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years building and operating LLM or AI systems in production.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered apps with major API providers.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end workflows from design to launch.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic and multi-step AI workflows with tool use and human review.
• Build production-grade AI pipelines with robust outputs and validation.
• Integrate AI services with backend systems and maintain data isolation.
• Measure and monitor AI components with dashboards and alerts.
