AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver production software across .NET, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow. You will work on multi-tenant SaaS with strong Azure ownership and AI-assisted delivery, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across time zones.

The role emphasizes end-to-end feature delivery, rigorous verification, and production deployments, with flexible remote/office options and a focus on V1 priorities and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8 or 9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent experience with TypeScript, Azure, and end-to-end delivery with coding agents and verification.
• Strong Azure experience, including deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Advanced AI-native engineering capability and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, delivery pipelines, and production validation.
• Strong communication and ability to overlap US EST for full-time engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery and UAT readiness before optimization.
• Turn changing product direction into a practical delivery plan.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review and verify generated work rigorously.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, and encryption for protected data.
