Appnovation Technologies seeks an experienced AEM Developer to lead design, development, and maintenance of a scalable library of reusable AEM components. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to deliver modular, flexible components that enhance content reusability and brand consistency.

You will specialize in AEM 6.5 architecture, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and GraphQL, with a focus on integration with CRM and marketing tools in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of AEM experience with 6.5 architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Proficient in Java, HTL, Sling Models, AEM Core Components, and REST/GraphQL.
• Experience with APIs, templates, workflows, and integrations with external systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of reusable AEM components and templates.
• Execute end-to-end AEM architecture tasks including content modeling and deployment.
• Customize AEM functionality via APIs and extension points.
• Implement and maintain AEM Schemas and Metadata ACLs.
• Develop front-end heavy components aligned with design systems (Figma) and modern frameworks.
• Integrate AEM with external systems (CRM, marketing tools) via REST/GraphQL.
• Optimize performance with ClientLibs, Dispatcher, and caching strategies.
• Manage Git repositories and CI/CD workflows.
• Debug and tune performance to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate in Agile rituals and provide technical leadership.
