Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team. You will handle GAAP-compliant journal entries, monthly reconciliations, asset management, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to support close processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years of general accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare adjusting and accrual journal entries in compliance with GAAP.
• Analyze financial transactions and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization processes.
• Record and monitor daily cash transactions and related activities.
• Calculate and record revenue and fee income.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support month-end close and accounting operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate reporting.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of accounting records.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting processes, and internal controls
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of financial data accurately
• Self-motivated and adaptable in dynamic environments

Main Responsibilities
