Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a SemiSenior Data Analytics to join our R&D team. You will understand, locate and propose new process improvements, generate hypotheses, set up tests using data, and identify trends in complex datasets.

You will interpret data, provide ongoing reports, work with data product managers to build data products, and help spread a data-driven mindset across the organization. This 100% remote role offers USD compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, statistics, or related area.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical users.
• Advanced English level.

What You Will Do

• Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.

• Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis chapter.

• Help to spread a data-driven mindset and to improve data literacy. Be a data evangelist.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working with analytics, BI, statistics, or any other related area.


• Proficiency with SQL.


• Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.


• Very good communication skills, capacity to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users.


• Advanced English level.

Desirable

• 1+ years of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.


• Experience with people analytics.


• Have a Business, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics background.
