BairesDev is seeking a SemiSenior Data Analytics to join its Research & Development team. You will work on data analytics, ML-ready insights, and data products that drive revenue and decision making for a global client base.

You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities, build dashboards, and communicate findings effectively. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and strong growth potential in a diverse, global environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical users.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Understand, identify, and propose new process improvement opportunities.
• Create hypotheses and run tests to test them against data.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and prepare ongoing reports.
• Actively participate in discussions and decisions related to the overall data analysis area.
• Collaborate with data product managers to build data products.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Help spread a data-driven mindset and improve data literacy.

We are looking for an outstanding SemiSenior Data Analytics to join BairesDev's Research & Development (R&D) team.

What You Will Do:

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Strong experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and form relationships with non-technical users.
• Advanced level of English.

Desirable:

• 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
• Knowledge of people's analytics.
• A background in business, statistics, engineering, or mathematics.
