Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development projects, driving planning, execution, and delivery on time and within scope and budget.

You will mentor junior PMs, coordinate with stakeholders and senior management, manage risks and changes, and apply Agile practices in a fully remote environment with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
• Proven experience delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk management and change management in projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
