Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Experience as a classroom teacher is preferred.
• Knowledge of IB PYP is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess instruction across multiple subject areas for the same group of students, in alignment with the IB PYP framework.
• Design and implement inquiry-based, differentiated learning experiences that address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Promote a positive classroom climate grounded in respect, empathy, and restorative practices.
• Monitor student progress continuously and maintain effective, professional communication with families.
• Implement inclusive practices and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Adhere to and actively support the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Participate actively in academic meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to collaborative planning and reflection in line with IB best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience as a classroom teacher (preferably at the primary level).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) appropriate to the institutional and instructional context.
• Strong skills in planning, classroom management, and collaborative work.
• Demonstrated commitment to student well-being and holistic education.
• Familiarity with or willingness to be trained in the IB PYP.
