Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays a key role in supporting customers, providing accurate information, attending to inquiries, and resolving concerns. This position is responsible for offering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, it manages a personal portfolio of direct accounts as an account manager, maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving their engagement.

How you create impact

Job Objective

  • Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in close collaboration with KN's commercial structure (GA, NA, FS – VS, FS – VA) and Operational Care Center (OCC), with the goal of establishing and strengthening operational relationships with customers.
  • Establish and strengthen the operational relationship with customer contacts through daily interactions, regular visits, and proactive advice to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Ensure regular contact with all current customers and that each received email is managed as a case within the KN Service Moments framework.
  • Ensure that all interactions are recorded in the CoreLog CRM system.
  • Meet all established financial and strategic objectives.
  • Manage FCL.
  • Ensure, manage, and process spot quotes in a timely manner.
  • Support customers in ensuring a high level of mastery in KN applications and eTouch tools through training, to ensure an increase in the level of customer automation in collaboration with the OCC.
  • Complete the Customer Profile (CP), (Business Profile), and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) after the initial meeting with the customer.
  • Monitor exceptions through the CCL Dashboard and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Supervise customer profitability and maximize Gross Profit (GP) at the account level.
  • Identify financial risks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies that ensure customer profitability.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, communicating with the customer to minimize the risk of uncollectible accounts.
